Terms of Service

1. Service

PropGridX provides a workspace for users to manually record, organize, and review information about accounts they already hold with third-party providers. Features may include ruleset storage, account records, daily result entries, fee records, payout records, and historical summaries.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, your decisions, and compliance with the terms and rules of any provider you use. Stored rulesets and calculations are informational tools only and should be independently checked against the relevant provider’s current rules.

3. No financial service or advice

PropGridX is not a broker, prop firm, investment adviser, payment service provider, or financial institution. Nothing in the service is trading, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. We do not guarantee profits, payouts, eligibility, or trading outcomes.

4. Subscription and access

Paid access is billed on the plan and interval displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. We may change plan features or prices for future billing periods with advance notice where required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund-request handling are described in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access other users’ data, circumvent usage limits, or misrepresent the service as a broker, prop firm, payment processor, or source of trading advice.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update, suspend, or retire features where reasonably necessary.
