Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation instructions are provided in the billing-management area or on request at admin@propgridx.com.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a problem with the service, contact us promptly with the email address used for purchase, your order reference, and a description of the issue. We will review refund requests in good faith and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Promotion and plan changes

Promotional eligibility, discount amount, duration, and the recurring price after a promotion are displayed before payment. Refund requests relating to promotions are assessed using the final amount shown at checkout.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under the law of your country of residence. Where mandatory law gives you greater protection, that law prevails.
